You are an experienced Manager, accounting professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment where accuracy and ownership go hand in hand. You bring at least five years of progressive accounting experience and know your way around the full close cycle — from ledger entries to financial statements. Your attention to detail means reconciliations don't slip through the cracks, and your explicit communication style — written and verbal — helps your team and cross-functional partners stay aligned on what matters most.

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting investor reporting as needed Own the general ledger—maintaining the system, reviewing journal entries, and ensuring reconciliations are complete and correct Develop and enforce internal financial controls and procedures that keep AppDirect audit-ready year-round Partner with the external audit team annually,



coordinating documentation and responses across the finance function Support acquisition-related financial integrations as they arise, working cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition Support multinational foreign entities and assist with financial consolidation processes. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to full-cycle close and financial reporting ~2+ years managing direct reports in an accounting or finance function ~ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
