Client Relationship Management

Act as the primary liaison for clients on financial reporting and advisory matters, delivering strategic insights and exceptional service. Full-Cycle Accounting Governance Oversee reconciliations, journal entries,



and financial statement preparation; Regulatory Filings & Risk Management Ensure accurate preparation and submission of GST and other compliance filings; proactively manage financial risk.

Workflow Coordination

Collaborate with peers and senior leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute file completion strategies efficiently.

Talent

Onboarding & Training Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training to build a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals. at least 5 years’ experience in full cycle bookkeeping procedures at least 5 years’ experience in QuickBooks Online is required. advanced knowledge of financial reporting, tax and strategic planning Tech Stack experience including integration of apps is considered an asset. excellent computer skills and willingness to upgrade such skills, as required.
