Responsibilities

- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Plan, organize, direct,



control and evaluate daily operations
- Supervision of 3‑4 people

Qualifications & Experience

- High school diploma or GED (Secondary school graduation certificate)
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Skills: English proficiency, attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, ability to multitask, client focus, dependable, personal suitability
- Transportation: Own vehicle required
- Work conditions: Fast‑paced setting, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Physical capabilities: Ability to handle labour costs, supervise staff, and perform routine kitchen and cleaning tasks
