The Finance

Manager reports to the Global Head of Finance and plays a crucial role in the financial activities within Canada and the U.S. This position demands a solid foundation in accounting and finance analysis, enabling you to implement scalable processes as the company evolves. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end closing processes for North American entities
- Manage compliance with local tax regulations
- Develop and present cash flow forecasts
- Conduct financial reporting and analysis for leadership
- Improve legacy processes with innovative solutions Requirements:
- CPA candidate or recently qualified CPA
- 3-4 years of public accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and compliance
- Awareness of ASPE, IFRS, U.S. GAAP practices
