About The Mobile Shop

Join one of Canada's leading telecom teams, The Mobile Shop, a Loblaw-owned brand operated by Glentel Inc., Canada's leading wireless retailer. We are seeking a Store Manager to work inside Real Canadian Superstore where you guide customers towards their optimal phone and rate plan options that align with their unique lifestyles.

Competitive Commissions Package: $65,000 - $75,000, including hourly rate plus uncapped commissions.

Become a Mobile Expert: Master our carrier offerings, promotional deals, and pricing structures while staying up to date on the latest mobile devices and industry trends, so you can effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Lead and Inspire Your Team: Motivate and guide a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives, while providing ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities. A people person who enjoys leading a team and building long-term relationships with customers.
