Your Role As a Store Manager Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience with a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. Oversee all store operations with an emphasis on meeting or exceeding sales goals, managing budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. Protect customers, associates,



and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety and security rules and company policies.

Maintain store appearance and presentation to reflect brand standards. Creative, fun, and passionate colleagues. Potential eligibility for medical, dental, vision, RRSP, vacation, sick and holiday time depending on hours worked.

Qualifications To Be a Store Manager At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.

Experience in operational, financial and performance management. Must be 18 years of age or older. The role involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may include exposure to irritant chemicals.
