As Intrepid Travel continues to grow in Canada, we’re looking for a commercially minded finance leader to join our team and help shape the next stage of our growth. As the Commercial Finance Manager, Canada, you will be a key member of, and business partner to, the President, Canada, and the Canadian Leadership Team. You’ll provide insightful reporting, planning, analysis, and commercial advice, helping the team make sound and confident business decisions.

You will be responsible for leading the Finance function across all aspects of Intrepid’s operations in Canada, from sales and marketing through to operational delivery. We work in a 3-2-1 hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days working from home, including at least one office day on a Monday or Friday. This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Toronto office on a hybrid basis.

The salary range is $90,000–$105,000 CAD, depending on experience, plus great perks and excellent perks. A passion for travel is a must-have!

Experience in business performance reporting and planning, with demonstrated commercial and business acumen,
