Our client is sourcing for a 12 month contract. This role will require 4 days in office and 1 day from home. Acts as a finance business partner across a range of finance-related matters, including P&L;, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial support.
Partners with operational and cross-functional leaders to support financial decision-making and provide insight into business performance. Supports budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles by working closely with stakeholders across the business. Translates financial data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for non-finance partners.
Assists with ad hoc analysis, reporting, and business case support as needed. CPA or equivalent accounting designation preferred / required Progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A; at the Senior Analyst / Manager level Strong understanding of P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting,
and month-end / quarter-end reporting Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Robust business partnering skills with the ability to build relationships across functions Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and reporting tools the individual’s skill sets, experience and training; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
