- Monitor quality outcomes and RAI-MDS data accuracy
- Lead training programs for new and existing staff




- Counsel staff on performance and compliance matters

- Participate in the annual Quality Improvement Plan

Requirements:

- Registered health professional with acceptable certification
- Minimum two years of relevant supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and computer skills
- Knowledge of Quality Improvement processes
