- Direct all aspects of the residence life program
- Develop and implement student success initiatives
- Act as an advisor to student clubs and residence council
- Supervise team staff and manage training processes

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years in student life or residence
- Experience in programming and event planning
