CC&L; Financial Group is searching for a Training and Documentation Manager to join our Vancouver team. Drive the onboarding process and maintain critical documentation in a hybrid model. As a pivotal member of the Training and Documentation Team, you will facilitate onboarding new hires and ensure proper documentation practices within the Investment Resource Group.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional adept at problem-solving and fostering team collaboration. Candidates should have a strong commitment to supporting individuals at various experience levels while ensuring operational effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:

- Onboard and train new employees across all offices
- Maintain and coordinate procedural documentation
- Assist staff with formatting and structuring documents




- Manage user access for custodian portals and documentation audits
- Conduct annual reviews of the Certificate of Authorized Signatories list

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Economics is preferred
- At least five years of experience in finance or investment operations
- Patience and flexibility in training diverse learners
- Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems
- Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
