Our Ottawa office is looking for a Manager to join the Domestic Tax practice. This is a replacement position and the successful candidate will own the following responsibilities: Identify, develop and implement strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities Prepare and review tax reorganizations and corporate, trust and estate tax returns Engage in training staff and invest in the professional development of the team clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality work You identify, recommend,
and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace You hold a Master’s or In‑Depth Tax Program You have 5 years’ experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 2 years You have extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal and trust tax planning and compliance You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, as you will interact with clients across Eastern Canada You value teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work We support your professional and personal growth with: Flexible advantages from day one Market‑leading personal time off policy We are actively involved in local charity initiatives, supporting staff with local and national events that allow you to contribute to your community.
