The Supply Chain

Manager is an individual leader responsible for end-to-end planning activities for an assigned set of product families or brands. This role sits within the Global Planning function and Bausch Health will participate in the overall tactical and operational initiatives that support product commercialization efforts, ongoing demand and supply planning, and inventory management for the portfolio. As an important partner to Business Unit Leaders, the role is key to the success of our organization and will Interface with internal and external partners, local and global to achieve product supply requirements.

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Manager will lead the Consensus Demand Forecast Process between Supply Chain, Marketing, and other key stakeholders. Using the agreed Consensus Forecast as an input, the Supply Chain Manager will generate feasible supply plans and net requirements. In delivering demand forecasts and supply plans, the Manager will participate in the S&OP; meeting process for their Business Units.

This role will own KPIs such as forecast accuracy, customer service levels, backorders, and inventory levels. In addition to the above, the Supply Chain Manager will own the relationship with the supplying manufacturing sites and external CMOs whether directly or indirectly with BIRL. Review the forecast bias, supply risks and inventory at risk with the teams and reassess the supply chain strategy for each product.

Generate monthly supply/replenishment plans for portfolio of products. Collaborate with External Manufacturing and Internal Plant teams directly or indirectly with BIRL on supply risk mitigation. Collaborate with support groups such as Quality Assurance and Logistics to ensure timely availability of replenishment orders.

Optimize the supply chain inventory investment to achieve the balance between inventory and service level to our customers.



Oversee the analysis of all the Supply Chain KPIs (Forecast accuracy and Bias, Inventory levels - Months on Hand, Service level - BO trend, Obsolescence). Work within Global Planning team as key contributor.

Ensure robust partnership and end to end alignment with key stakeholders – commercial market intelligence, finance, Logistics, External Manufacturing, Quality. A bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in supply chain or business studies is preferred. ~3-5 years of demand and supply planning experience is required.

Knowledge of SAP S4 or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a plus ~ In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for participation in either (i) our annual bonus program or (ii) a sales incentive plan.

Relevant de la fonction de planification globale, ce rôle impliquera une participation active dans des initiatives tactiques et opérationnelles mondiales soutenant les efforts de mise en marché, la planification continue de la demande et de l'offre, ainsi que la gestion des stocks. En tant que partenaire clé des dirigeants des unités d'affaires, ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans la réussite de l'organisation et interagit avec des partenaires internes et externes, tant au niveau local que global, pour répondre aux exigences d'approvisionnement en produits.

Analyser les biais de prévision,



les risques d'approvisionnement et les stocks à risque avec les équipes, et réévaluer la stratégie de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour chaque produit. Élaborer des plans mensuels d'approvisionnement/réapprovisionnement pour le portefeuille de produits. Collaborer avec les équipes de fabrication externes et les équipes internes des usines, en lien direct ou indirect avec BIRL, afin d'atténuer les risques d'approvisionnement.

Travailler en collaboration avec l'assurance qualité et la logistique pour garantir la disponibilité en temps voulu des commandes de réapprovisionnement. Optimiser les investissements dans les stocks pour maintenir l'équilibre entre les niveaux de stock et le service client. Superviser l'analyse de tous les KPIs liés à la chaîne d'approvisionnement (précision des prévisions, biais, niveaux de stock, niveaux de service, tendance des backorders, obsolescence).

Travailler au sein de l'équipe de planification globale en tant que contributeur clé. Assurer un alignement solide de A à Z avec les principales parties prenantes (intelligence d'affaires, finance, logistique, fabrication externe, qualité). Un baccalauréat est requis, de préférence en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou en études commerciales. ~3 à 5 ans d'expérience en planification de la demande et de l'offre sont requis. 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie pharmaceutique et dans un environnement GMP sont un atout. ~ Connaissance de SAP S4 ou Integrated Business Planning (IBP) appréciée. ~ Le salaire de départ réel sera déterminé en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, dont les compétences, l’expérience, les qualifications, la formation et le lieu.
