Completed post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent professional experience Minimum 4 years' experience in public accounting or related industry Strong technical knowledge in assurance, accounting,



and tax Robust planning and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple engagements and work effectively under pressure Agile in the face of change and proven problem-solver with solid analytical skills Strong people management and leadership skills, especially in the areas of coaching and development of team members, project management, and multi-team management Proficiency with MS Office suite and Accounting software applications (CaseWare, TaxPrep, Sage, QuickBooks), with ability to quickly grasp new technology tools At Doane Grant Thornton we're focused on making a difference in the lives of our clients, our colleagues and our communities. Thornton, we believe compensation should reflect more than just market data-it should reflect Our salary ranges are reviewed annually, and where you land within the range depends on a mix of factors- your background, your skills, and how your contributions align with internal equity . To help start the conversation, the current salary range for this role is $79,000-$115,000 in Prince George. If the role is available in other locations, the range may differ to reflect local market factors.

That's why we're working in a model where teams are required to be together in the office 4 days per week.
