This full-time, permanent position is based out of Yorkton, SK and will be commencing as soon as possible. Reporting to the Vice President, People & Strategy, the Human Resources Manager is responsible to provide Human Resource expertise in the areas of interpretation & administration of personnel policies, collective bargaining agreement & personnel & labour regulations, recruitment and selection, onboarding, job evaluation, career development, performance management & succession planning.

The Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the development & implementation of the Colleges personnel policies & procedures.

& communities. The position is responsible for overall supervision & management for key human resource functions including recruitment & selection, labour relations, performance management, & learning & development.

Manager performs complex & specialized functions requiring considerable independent judgement in decisions that may influence all parts of the College. Bachelors degree in Business or Commerce, with a major in Human Resource Management & a Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
