A flexible, collaborative work culture The Accounts Payable Manager, Affiliates & Business Inquiries leads the professional personnel of the Accounts Payable team within VGCA Accounting Shared Services. This includes accurate and timely processing of affiliate payable related invoices and credits, statement reconciliations, and aging in accordance with corporate policies and procedures effectively and efficiently for the Volkswagen Group Canada accounting shared service.

Salary range is dependent on factors such as industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications. Establish and negotiate specific performance objectives for each individual team member and ensure alignment to Accounting Services’ corporate objectives Monitor teams’ performance versus established departmental and individual role metrics and take corrective action where necessary Ensure all affiliate vendor reconciliations are complete and approved; Ensure all accounting reconciliations are complete and approved; Ensure accounting processes are properly and adequately supported and documented Conduct meetings as required to discuss and resolve accounting issues, process improvements and identify risks proposing solutions and escalating as appropriate Ensure all areas of process maps, narratives,
