Shape the future of manufacturing with Arrow Machine and Fabrication Group as a Manufacturing Engineer in Cambridge. Lead projects and enhance processes for excellence in product development. In this role, you'll support the engineering and manufacturing development cycle while coordinating with various teams to ensure targets are met.
Your responsibilities will include advanced problem solving, automation implementation, and working on capital procurement. You will utilize your expertise in CNC machining and lean manufacturing practices to make impactful decisions and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development for current and existing parts
- Develop robust processes aligning with requirements
- Implement automation opportunities via procurement
- Analyze data for process improvement identification
- Support kaizen events for manufacturing optimization
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
- 5+ years in a Manufacturing Engineering role
- Knowledge of CNC machining and welding processes
- Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
