You as a Marketing Admin - Co-op Student will:

- Assist with maintaining information databases for project profiles, project statistics, and personnel resumes.
- Assist with the formatting and design of document layouts, organization charts, marketing package covers, and presentations customized for each submission.
- Assist with standard data entry and administration duties to support the team, as needed.

Is this the right role for you?

- Must be enrolled in a College or University co-op or internship program.
- Solid writing skills including copywriting, editing, grammar, style, spelling, punctuation, and "eagle eye" proofreading skills.
- Ability to efficiently deliver tasks on time with superior attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.



Experience with Adobe InDesign is an asset.

Position Details: · Location: Ottawa (Located at the Ottawa Office)

· Co-op Term: 4 month opportunity

· This is a paid co-op opportunity. Our pay rates range from $22.00/hr to $26.50/hr. In determining individual rates of pay, we consider whether a student is embarking on their first co-op term or has previous co-op experience.
