About the Role

Our client is seeking a technically skilled and strategic Marketing Automation Specialist to join their entirely remote team. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and managing automated marketing workflows and campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive revenue growth. You will leverage marketing automation platforms to personalize customer journeys, segment audiences, and ensure seamless communication across touchpoints. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketing principles, deep expertise in marketing automation software, and a passion for optimizing processes and delivering measurable results in a remote-first setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain automated marketing workflows and customer journeys using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Develop segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized marketing messages to different audience groups.
- Create and optimize email templates, landing pages, and forms within the marketing automation system.
- Collaborate with content and demand generation teams to align automation strategies with campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, lead progression, engagement),



and provide insights for optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the marketing automation platform and integrations with other systems like CRM.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua).
- Proven ability to design and implement complex automation workflows and lead nurturing programs.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and their integration with marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email and landing page development is a plus.
