About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Marketing Campaign Manager to orchestrate and execute integrated marketing campaigns from their Kimberley office. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timely delivery, and measurable results. You will work across various channels, coordinating internal teams and external partners to launch impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. This is an ideal position for a project management pro with a strong marketing background in the Northern Cape region.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive campaign plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., creative, sales, product) and external agencies/vendors.
- Monitor campaign progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on results and ROI.
- Ensure all campaign activities are consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.




- Manage project risks and proactively implement solutions to keep campaigns on track.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or project management within a marketing context.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing principles and various marketing channels.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and marketing automation tools.
