Temporary Full time, 12-month contract (35 hours/week)

Salary Range: $64,842 – $80,947 (annual)

Location: Sudbury/North Bay (hybrid)

As a Marketing Communications Specialist you will contribute to strategic communications projects (digital, social, print, events) that connect and engage with our internal and external audiences, advancing WSN’s brand and reach. You execute projects and events from concept to completion, proactively introducing new tools and methods to support knowledge promotion.

You drive creative strategies that promote WSN programs, products, and services through compelling messaging and educational events, using emerging technologies, print, and multi/social media. You also assume a key role in event planning and logistics.

Key accountabilities include

- Researching, writing, and editing corporate content




- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in the development of content and the
- planning of educational events (for example, conferences)
- Ensuring consistent key messaging and standards are applied throughout all
- communication channels and in assisting external clients
