We’relooking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Content Marketing Specialist who will take ownership of our content strategy and execution,with a strong focus on becoming a subject matter expert in our products andsolutions. This is not a traditional content role. We need someone who is naturally curiousand motivated to deeplylearn andunderstand our products, use cases, and audience and translate thatknowledgeinto clear,accurate, and high-impact content.Success in this role requires strong ownership, reliability, critical thinking, and adaptabilityas AI reshapes how digital content is createdand discovered.

While this role will evolve into a balance of content and web strategy, the immediate priority is content development , with website ownership and optimization growing over time. Please note that this role has an in-office requirement of 3 days per week , with the possibility of 2 days work from home pending manager approval . Own and execute the content strategy aligned with business goals, user needs, and SEO opportunities Rapidly build deep knowledge of products, use cases, and customer segments to inform content creation Identifycontent gaps, prioritize initiatives, and develop structured content plansto improve engagement and conversion Create high-quality content including articles, case studies, product positioning, one-pagers, and more Translate product and technical information into clear,accurate, and compelling marketing content Ensure consistency in messaging, tone,



and positioning across all assets Continuously refine content based on performanceinsights, feedback, and evolving business needs Website Ownership & Optimization Support andprogressively take ownership of the WordPress website, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement Improve UX, navigation, and content structure to enhanceuser experienceand performance Apply best practices for content structure, messaging hierarchy, and user journeys across the website Contribute to the evolution of website strategy as the role grows toward a more balanced content–web focus SEO,AI & PerformanceOptimization Continuously evaluateSEO,AI, LLMs, and evolving search behavior, and proactivelyadapt content strategy Perform keyword research, topic modeling, and content structuring to improve visibility across search and AI-generated results Monitorand analyzeperformance using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush,Ahrefs, and emerging AI/LLM analytics tools Consistently delivers work on time with high quality, attention to detail, and strong follow-through Proactive in communicating progress, risks, and next steps Strong curiosity andinterest in understandingproducts, technology, and customer use cases in depth Able to interpret complex or incomplete input and turn it into structured, meaningful content Ensures content isaccurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals before creating content AI Awareness & Content Efficiency Strong interest in AIbest practices and how it istransforming digital marketing, content, and search Continuously explores ways toleverageAIto scale content production 3–5 years of experience in content marketing,product marketing,digital marketing, ora related role ~ Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas ~ Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush,Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4) ~ Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms ~ Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams #
