The OpportunityWe’re looking for an experienced, self-directed marketer to help strengthen Sowingo’s presence and connect with our customers, partners, and broader dental community.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of key marketing channels including social media, LinkedIn, content, and email campaigns. You’ll work closely with our leadership team while having the flexibility to bring forward your own ideas, develop strategies, and manage execution.

This is a part-time contract role suited to someone who is comfortable working independently, understands B2B marketing, and can turn business objectives into clear and engaging marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Own

- Social Media & LinkedIn - Plan and manage Sowingo’s social media presence, including content calendars, messaging, posting cadence, and ongoing engagement.
- Content & Blog - Develop relevant, informative content around dental procurement, inventory management, technology, practice operations, and other topics that matter to our customers and industry.
- Email Campaigns - Plan, create, and execute email campaigns that connect with customers, prospects, and partners. Own the process from audience segmentation and messaging to scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.
- Partner & Customer Engagement - Develop marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with our customers and partners and encourage meaningful engagement across our channels.
- Marketing Strategy - Identify opportunities, recommend new approaches, and help shape marketing initiatives based on business priorities,



audience needs, and performance.

How You’ll Work

- Fully remote, anywhere in Canada
- Part time contract position with a versatile, self-directed schedule
- Work closely with Sowingo’s leadership team
- Manage projects independently while collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed
- Use modern marketing and AI tools to improve efficiency, execution, and performance

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated work across social media and email marketing
- A portfolio or examples of previous social media and marketing work (required)
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience developing content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns
- Ability to translate industry-specific or technical information into clear, engaging content
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and bringing ideas forward
- An interest in using data and performance insights to improve marketing result
- Based anywhere in Canada

Nice to Have

- Experience in dental, healthcare, e-commerce, or B2B SaaS
- Experience with marketing automation or customer data platforms such as HubSpot
- Familiarity with analytics, campaign reporting, and conversion tracking
- An existing network or familiarity with the dental or healthcare industry
