As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary marketing partner for a portfolio of Birchwood dealerships. You’ll work directly with General Managers, and senior leadership, helping translate business goals into integrated marketing plans that drive sales, service retention, and brand consistency. You’ll own the planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis of dealership marketing—across digital, traditional, in-store, and experiential channels—while leveraging the scale and expertise of Birchwood’s centralized media team.

Partnership & Planning Serve as the trusted marketing advisor and first point of contact for assigned dealerships Lead annual and monthly marketing planning, aligning dealership objectives with group strategy Recommend the right channel mix, messaging approach, and investment strategy—not just digital tactics Budget Ownership & Performance Accountability Manage and track dealer advertising budgets, ensuring spend aligns with approved plans and delivers ROI Monitor performance across campaigns and channels, using data to optimize, adjust, and re-prioritize Develop clear, actionable monthly performance reports tied to business outcomes—not vanity metrics Execution Across All Facets of Marketing Digital advertising (search, social, display, video) Website initiatives and conversion optimization Email and CRM-driven communications In-store, on-lot, and local market activations Work closely with internal creative, digital,
