Position:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist aimed at growing GGPoker among Chinese-speaking players outside of mainland China.

The successful candidate will need to have a deep cultural understanding of Chinese-speaking communities and hands-on experience marketing to and engaging these audiences across international markets.

You will work across Chinese social media, digital marketing, CRM, affiliates, agents, ambassadors, partnerships, and community channels. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to launch campaigns, create culturally relevant content, and identify new ways to acquire and retain players. You will track performance and budgets, understand what is working and what is not, and adjust or scale campaigns accordingly.

You will also monitor competitors, player trends, and emerging channels to continuously identify and execute current growth opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Execute and optimize growth and engagement initiatives for Chinese-speaking audiences across international markets, with a focus on sustainably acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers in line with established budgets and targets.

- Work hands-on with internal marketing teams and processes across performance and channel marketing, digital marketing, agents and affiliates, SEO, PPC, and CRM, adapting campaigns for culturally relevant channels such as WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, RedNote, and other relevant platforms.
- Support the execution of marketing activities while navigating the regulatory requirements that apply across the different markets in which GGPoker operates.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including international partners and regional marketing teams, to execute campaigns and initiatives effectively.
- Implement marketing plans and campaigns for Chinese-speaking audiences across available marketing and communication channels, including affiliates, ambassadors, community events, agents, and Chinese-language social media platforms.
- Work closely with content stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts that are culturally relevant and contribute to long-term brand building and communication within the target audience.
- Work with the Business Development team to identify and execute growth opportunities involving agents, affiliates, resellers, partnerships, and payment solutions relevant to Chinese-speaking players.
- Support the planning, buying, and negotiation of media through direct relationships or media agencies, with a focus on channels relevant to the target audience.
- Work with the Data Analysis Team to track, analyze, and optimize marketing activities against budgets, targets, and relevant KPIs, incorporating cultural and market-specific insights into performance analysis.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the market by monitoring competitors, player behaviour, marketing trends, emerging channels,

and the regulatory environment in key jurisdictions with significant Chinese-speaking player communities.
- Proactively identify new marketing opportunities, channels, partnerships, and campaign ideas, and help take them from research and concept through execution and performance review.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within global or international markets.
- Online poker industry acumen and strong knowledge of the Chinese poker landscape and player behaviour among Chinese-speaking communities outside Mainland China.
- Strong ability to execute, analyze, optimize, and report on marketing campaigns and KPIs.
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience working across digital marketing channels such as performance marketing, affiliates, CRM, SEO/PPC, social media, community marketing, or similar channels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working collaboratively with international teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and move projects from idea to execution.
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment across multiple markets and time zones.
- Familiarity with online casinos or gaming is a bonus, but not required.
- A passion for online gaming, including poker and sports betting — or at minimum a genuine interest in learning about them and knowledge of the online gaming industry.

Compensation:

- Annual salary and promotion review
- Max 75% bonus per annum
- Versatile benefits
- Commute coverage
- Endless snacks and beverages
