As a Certified Dental Assistant, you will assist in all aspects of dental procedures while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of dental assisting experience and be proficient in Dentrix to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and dental instruments
- Aid dentists during patient procedures and examinations
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care
- Manage dental practice operations via Dentrix
- Engage in continuing education and team collaboration
Requirements:
- Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II completed
- Registration with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association preferred
- 1+ years of dental assisting experience required
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication
- Knowledge of Dentrix is advantageous
