Are you an experienced Material Technician looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a major industrial project? This is a hands‑on, field‑based role responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and tracking materials on a large‑scale industrial construction project. The successful candidate will ensure materials are accurately received, free from damage, properly documented, and stored in designated locations to support efficient project execution.

Receive incoming materials, equipment, and project deliveries. Verify shipments against packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery documentation. Inspect materials for damage, defects, or missing components upon arrival.

Organize and label materials in accordance with site procedures. Coordinate and store materials in designated storage locations. Track material movement and maintain inventory accuracy. Communicate discrepancies, shortages, damages, and quality concerns to project personnel.

Support material preservation and Ledcor housekeeping standards. Adhere to all Ledcor and project safety policies, procedures, and site requirements.



Provincially recognized materials technician journeyperson certification preferred.

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, or material receiving within industrial construction environments. Ability to work independently in a quick‑paced field environment. Physically capable of walking site locations and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
