The Purchasing

Supervisor, will be responsible for procuring equipment, materials, services, and land or access rights required by the organization. The role involves assessing requirements, managing tenders and supplier negotiations, coordinating delivery schedules, and supporting contract and purchasing activities to ensure operational needs are met efficiently. Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials or business services Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased Develop specifications for equipment,



materials and supplies to be purchased Determine contract terms and conditions Establish delivery schedules Monitor progress of delivery schedules Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization Provide customer service Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ~Flexible and able to multitask Computer and technology Knowledge: MS Office Oracle MS Excel MS Windows Accounting software Data analysis and interpretation Field Coordination and planning.
