The Meat

Supervisor is responsible to ensure a superior customer service experience by coaching, and developing friendly, well-trained staff. The Supervisor will foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement. Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper rotation while maintaining accurate stock levels.

Monitor and uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Assist with ordering, inventory control, and department presentation to maximize sales and minimize waste.

High School Diploma
