Manage projects from design through construction. Direct, review, and approve project design changes. Engage in meetings with clients, contractors, and other consultants regarding project reports and findings.

Provide expertise and guidance in the identification, analysis,



and resolution of problems. Post‑secondary degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant discipline required. ~ Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is an asset. ~ Professional Engineering Designation (P.6+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering for industrial, commercial, and/or institutional buildings. ~ Strong background knowledge in Building Design with an emphasis on mechanical systems (HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection). ~ Knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as the Canadian National Building Code (NBC), Ontario Building Code (OBC), etc. ~ Familiarity with the LEED accreditation process is an asset.
