We are currently seeking a full-time Mechanical Technologist to support the build, testing, and development of precision electro-mechanical systems. The ideal candidate combines robust mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. The successful candidate should be able and willing to travel internationally on occasion to assist in assembly and system start-up.

The hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Assembly of products using standard shop procedures, mechanical drawings, and other written or verbal instructions Assemble and test precision high-reliability electro-mechanical products and prototypes Accountable for mechanical portions of system or tooling assemblies Participates in the commissioning of completed assemblies Skilled in the assembly of complex mechanical assemblies Forklift and overhead crane experience and certification an asset Experience in Microsoft applications,



computer software and hardware 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical assembly is preferred ~ Mechanical Technologist diploma or equivalent is required ~ Millwright & Machinist education & practical background is an asset ~ A mechanical aptitude with the ability to read mechanical drawings and bills of materials is required We welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities.
