This Position is to provide media (supplies) cost estimating and product recommendation support for opportunities provided by the sales teams. Position will also be responsible for partner management for the media suppliers in Canada, including the assessment and qualification of current vendor partners.

Provide Pricing

Estimates for Media Opportunities based on specifications or samples. Provide technical and product recommendations to the salespeople on media related solutions. Qualify new Media Vendor Partners. Serve as liaison between salesperson and media vendors as needed.

Serve as liaison for salesperson for return authorizations to customers for product returns and oversee Return and Replacement order process. Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills with both internal and external customers at all times. Manages vendor inventory positions (make and holds / Min Max).

Work with other departments to solve customer related issues. Supports corporate initiatives and decisions. Performs other duties/special projects as assigned. Knowledge of Media (Labels, Supplies) Materials and Applications.

with the ability to gain trust among the team and develop strong customer relationships. Must have strong time management, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Frequent analysis, independent judgment and discretion are required to determine appropriate courses of action.

Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Salesforce.Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, including ability to demonstrate excellent customer interaction skills.
