Become a Medical Director at Fraser North's Urgent and Primary Care Centre, where you will lead a patient-focused clinical setting. This position offers a blend of on-site responsibilities and remote flexibility. In this role, you'll champion safety and effectiveness in patient care while working closely with Physicians to enhance care quality and address multidisciplinary needs.
The position reports to the Regional Medical Director, responsible for impactful clinical oversight and rigorous monitoring of healthcare delivery practices within the community. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise clinical services delivered by physicians
- Lead multidisciplinary quality improvement activities
- Manage physician-related complaints and investigations
- Serve as a link to Fraser Health leadership
- Review physician resource needs with management Requirements:
- Current licensure with CPSBC and CCFP
- Minimum two years leadership experience necessary
- Preferred additional management training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in clinic operations and quality improvement Lead the charge in elevating healthcare standards at Fraser North’s UPCC.
