Become a Medical Director at Fraser North's Urgent and Primary Care Centre, where you will lead a patient-focused clinical setting. The position reports to the Regional Medical Director, responsible for impactful clinical oversight and rigorous monitoring of healthcare delivery practices within the community. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise clinical services delivered by physicians
- Lead multidisciplinary quality improvement activities
- Manage physician-related complaints and investigations
- Serve as a link to Fraser Health leadership
- Review physician resource needs with management Requirements:
- Current licensure with CPSBC and CCFP
- Minimum two years leadership experience necessary
- Preferred additional management training
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
