: Call Centre Medical Office Assistant WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a skilled Call Centre Medical Office Assistant who will be responsible for the first impression when patients call our clinics and are expected to provide exemplary service.

Effectively adhere to and adapt to changing policies and procedures, and ensure the messaging is reinforced with the team. Diploma in Medical Office Administration or related field. ~ Minimum typing speed of 35wpm.



~ Good command of the English language, excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required. ~ CPR & First Aid Certification is encouraged. Maintain and adjust to staffing rotation pattern as directed by manager or delegate.
