As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring qualified candidates to support the organization’s workforce needs. The Recruiter will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels and innovative recruitment tactics to build strong, qualified talent pipelines. Through strong relationship‑building and collaboration, the Recruiter will partner closely with hiring leaders, candidates, and internal stakeholders to deliver an effective and consistent recruitment experience while ensuring a continuous pipeline of talent.
Comprehensive health and dental benefit plans Employee Assistance Program Manage, upload, monitor, and track job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Identify and leverage strategic sourcing opportunities and participate in community and recruitment events Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process Monitor recruitment activity, review reports, and analyze data to achieve recruitment targets Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes, practices, and candidate experience Post-secondary education, preferably in Human Resources or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment Strong working knowledge of recruitment and selection practices and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Demonstrated experience with proactive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development Healthcare recruitment experience is considered an asset Excellent communication, interpersonal,
