Drives scientific dialogue and consensus, establishes awareness and educates about the diseases and assets by developing and maintaining peer-to-peer scientific relationships Delivers seamless customer experience and satisfaction through value-based orchestrated engagements Generates action-focused insights from external stakeholders and develops deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, health systems and stakeholder network as well as patient journey / care pathways to inform Scientific Objectives (SOs) and strategic decision making Identifies stakeholder and patient needs and recognizes opportunities for data generation, healthcare solutions, and collaborations with external stakeholders to address these needs PLANNING & EXECUTION Accurately and proactively map and profile key stakeholders within territory/accounts. Contribute to the systematic analysis of stakeholder network dynamics (in collaboration with Medical Affairs) based on the understanding of the local healthcare landscape/stakeholders/patient journey Develop and execute a territory-specific strategic stakeholder engagement plan that supports the TA Scientific Objectives (SOs) and priorities, aligned to Integrated Brand Plans (IBP)/Integrated Customer Plans (ICP). Maintain regular communication with Customer Facing Team (CFT) Leadership and/or other customer facing roles to review ongoing activities and insights, share best practices, and communicate learnings to maximize opportunities in the region Deliver and/or support development of trainings/resources (as directed/if required) to effectively execute the customer engagement model Manage time, BI resources, and/or projects effectively and within budget Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements as required.

These may include but not limited to external experts (EEs), healthcare providers (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs), Payors/Key Decision Makers, and Patients/Patient Advocacy Groups (PAGs) Establish and maintain these scientific relationships, while developing a strong understanding and mapping of territory-specific stakeholder network, healthcare systems, and patient care pathways Conduct tailored and orchestrated scientific/clinical exchanges to identify/address key drivers, barriers, needs,



and opportunities Drive discussions on relevant scientific/clinical data as well as asset value-proposition within the context of stakeholder needs as well as to support the scientific objectives and Therapeutic Area (TA) strategy, aligned to IBP/ICP Identify the gaps in the patient journey and recognize the opportunities to establish referral pathways and/or “beyond the pill” initiatives to close these gaps Be the preferred scientific resource and partner to address questions/perceptions as well as evidence generation gaps Staff medical booth at congresses Support implementation of early access programs in alignment with the local regulations Expectation is that time in field is at least 60% upon establishment of a full external expert list. Identify sites and/or investigators and proactively collaborate with CD&O; to support recruitment/site initiation activities Identify recruitment gaps across trial sites. Liaise with investigators/sub-investigators to be the scientific resource on scientific/medical information Market Access/Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR)/Healthcare Affairs Engage in discussions on relevant scientific/clinical data as well as asset value-proposition within the context of payor/healthcare system needs, upon request Contribute field-based insights towards the development of Multi-Customer care Pathways (MCPs) as well as local Healthcare Affairs Plans Identify/facilitate customized patient-centric solutions for key stakeholders/accounts, as required Contribute field-based insights from all stakeholders involved along the patient journey to inform strategic decisions and tactical plans.

RWE Data Generation Drive identification of centers of excellence and engagements with stakeholder network based on the understanding of Asset Evidence Plan combined with stakeholder needs/gaps as well as insights identified Drive and/or facilitate partnerships for data generation via Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS), External Collaborative Research (ECR), Nonintervention Study (NIS), etc. Collaboration with Commercial (in a compliant way) Deliver medical/scientific trainings (if requested) Participate in the discussion of insights gathered by the TA MSL team, also cross-country (if applicable),



in order to identify/understand changes in the healthcare landscape, trends impacting delivery of or access to care, and to stimulate scientific exploration or cooperative opportunities Communicate field-based insights to inform Asset Narrative, Asset Evidence Plan, as well as early clinical development strategy Inform Medical Communication and Content Strategy based on the needs, preferences, and educational gaps of stakeholders; multi-stakeholder network mapping and prioritization. This position is field-based .

Employees in flexible roles are required to be at the office a minimum of 50% of the time each month and must report to the office when requested and required by their Manager/Department. MD, PhD or PharmD.

Experience as a MSL within the respective therapeutic area and/or related scientific/clinical area - preferred Knowledge of local specific healthcare systems and clinical practices related to patient care - preferred Scientific and clinical expertise Stakeholder engagement/Strategic Account Management Networking & Collaboration with internal as well as external stakeholders Technical & digital skills to perform all aspects of job Demonstrates agility, emotional intelligence, trustworthiness and accountability.
