Join Our Adventure as a Service Advisor! Are you passionate about RVs and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and be the bridge between our valued customers and top-tier RV service!

As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers seeking service, maintenance, and repair for their RVs, ensuring they receive top-notch service from start to finish. Greeting customers and understanding their service needs. Scheduling and coordinating service appointments using our Appointment Scheduler.

Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process and providing timely updates. Collaborating with technicians and warranty advisors to ensure seamless service delivery. Performing quality control checks to uphold our high standards.

Providing estimates and discussing service options with customers. Closing work orders promptly and ensuring accurate billing. While experience in the RV or automotive industry is a plus, we value skills and personality above all.

Has exceptional communication and customer service skills. Is empathetic and can handle customer concerns with tact and diplomacy. Has strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns.

A collaborative spirit and willingness to work alongside technicians and fellow service advisors.



Has basic computer skills and is comfortable with data entry and scheduling software. High school diploma or equivalent life experience.

Experience in customer service or a sales environment (1+ year preferred). A solid desire to learn and grow within the RV service industry. Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.
