The Service

Advisor is the first point of contact for customers coming into our Service department, and build lasting relationships with their customers, and advise them on the best practices for keeping their vehicles secure and properly maintained.

Advisors work with our sales team, service appointment coordinator and experienced technicians to provide the outstanding service that our customers have come to expect. A new Service Advisor joining our team will be fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using, including the overall aspects of the parts and service departments of the dealership. In detail they are trained on the various parts and service-related tasks.

Service

Advisors are responsible for executing service processes with diligence, customer service and safety in mind. They are required to provide each customer with a personalized service experience fostering excellent business relationships.



This position provides customers with an experience that earns the right to their business.

The working hours for this position will be usually day shifts with occasional weekends or evening shifts. The minimum schooling requirement is a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience In Automotive Customer Service Is Required.
