A day in the life of a Sales Supervisor: Support all aspects of sales, customer service, and sales representative team development. Execute strategies to drive sales across multiple categories. Participate in recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing sales representative performance.

Coach sales representative team on expectations and sales standards.



Support sales team on the sales floor by interacting with customers and uncovering customers' needs through skilled questions. Support in leading daily and monthly store meetings.

Support management team in key-holding, store opening, and store closing responsibilities. Ensure team members are up to date on policies and procedures. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, Wireless sales experience a strong asset.

Ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service. Embody the Samsung brand and care about customer needs. Possess high level of interpersonal and customer skills. Strong management, coaching, and leadership abilities.

Ability to recruit and build a team. Flexible to work beyond traditional business hours.
