Refine by Medcan is recruiting for a full-time Medical Aesthetician to join our growing and cutting-edge Dermatology practice in Markham. The successful candidate will have experience working with the technologies offered at Refine by Medcan (see list below) and is a polished self-starter with a proven ability to build long-term client relationships through customized treatment plans that utilize all service offerings.

Perform and speak to all medical aesthetic services offered at Refine by Medcan Conduct Skin Rejuvenation Consultations to recommend cosmetic and aesthetic services, as well as retail products to clients Support the team in achieving overall monthly performance targets within aesthetics, cosmetics (injectables), and retail skincare Schedule cosmetic and medical aesthetics appointments while working with dermatologists to determine appropriate treatment plans Maintain quality and safety standards as per Medcan’s protocols Respond to telephone and e-mail enquiries from internal and external clients Update client information on internal database (EMR) Must be a licensed Medical Aesthetician Minimum 3 – 5 years working in a medical facility or medi spa Chemical Peel An understanding of medical skincare products Knowledge of cosmetic dermatology procedures Experience in medical dermatology setting with a wide variety of client populations is an asset Seeking a motivated professional who is committed to building strong client relationships, growing their practice and client base over time, and establishing a long-term career within Refine by Medcan.



Availability to cover at other Medcan sites would be an asset This position is a full-time, in-person role operating during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. The successful candidate must be available to provide occasional Saturday coverage based on operational needs.

Pay range based on projected On-Target Earnings for year one of employment. The compensation range provided in this posting reflects a projected estimate for the first year of employment and includes base salary plus anticipated variable commission earnings. Actual commission will vary based on individual performance, team targets, and business conditions. Over time, commission earnings may grow as the employee gains experience, builds client relationships, and achieves performance milestones.
