As a Shop Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence, building solid teams, and delivering the exceptional customer experience that Craftsman Collision is known for.

Earn up to $150,000 per year (base salary + monthly/annual bonuses)

Up to $10,000 signing bonus or relocation assistance amount (within Canada)

Lead daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Provide coaching, direction, and support to a diverse team of technicians, estimators,



and coordinators.

Champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and customer care.

Manage shop financials, KPIs, payroll, and vendor relationships.

Promote Craftsman Collision in the community and support business development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, company policies, and procedures.

5+ years of progressive experience in automotive, collision repair, or related industries (leadership and customer service experience required).

Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.

Strong understanding of shop operations, budgeting, and performance management.

Knowledge of estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, ALLDATA) and familiarity with ADAS/vehicle calibration systems considered an asset.

Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract.

Travel Required Occasional travel required within North America for company events. #
