We are looking for a Store Manager at our Square One location in Mississauga, Ontario!

Lead and oversee daily retail and salon operations to deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals Own scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning Ensure the salon is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully merchandised to Chatters’ standards Build strong relationships with customer, creating loyalty through consistent and memorable experiences Analyze performance metrics and take action to drive results and continuous improvement Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members Act as the primary leader on the floor, solving problems and making decisions that positively impact the business, customers, and team You align with our corporate values Every Interaction Matters: You understand that every customer and team interaction is an opportunity to create trust, connection, and positive energy.
