Leadership & People Management Lead, coach, and develop all store employees Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management Ensure all team members follow company policies and alcohol regulations Store Operations Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows Manage store communication (email, updates, direction setting) Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Customer Experience Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain strong community relationships Financial & Inventory Management Manage store financials and help meet or exceed sales and margin targets Oversee inventory control, ordering, receiving,
