Membership Advisor – Earn up to $75,000 in Annual Pay The Membership Advisor reports to the General Manager and ensures a best-in-class fitness experience for members by demonstrating the value Fitness World Signature offers. execution of company policies, procedures, and programs; Achieve monthly sales goals through the execution of leads, appointments, shows, enrollments and referrals via community outreach, outbound phone calls, referrals, and social media. Grow our member base through lead generation, membership sales and collection of referrals. Perform engaging and knowledgeable tours of our club facilities, programs, and services to convert leads into new members.

Create a friendly, helpful, and positive member experience for members, while performing various member management tasks such as member check-in, action check-in messages, collecting past dues, updating payment information, cash reconciliations, and bank deposits. Address member concerns in a timely manner by following company policies, procedures and documentation requirements and immediately report incidents to the General Manager.



Immediately address cleanliness, health and safety concerns and incidents; Foster strong relationships with other departments and functional areas of the company, such as fitness class instructors and personal training.
