Empower individuals at Adult & Teen Challenge as a Support Staff in Thunder Bay's Men’s Recovery Program! This full-time position focuses on client care, structure, and operational support in a ministry-based environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing direct supervision and support to clients striving for recovery.

You will maintain a consistent and protected space while promoting their personal growth and engagement in daily routines. Effective communication and teamwork align with our mission to foster an environment of recovery rooted in faith. Assist in organizing activities and transportation

- Engage in fundraising and community events
- Provide emotional and spiritual support to clients Education in related fields such as social work
- Current driver’s license and First Aid Certification
- Contribute your skills to our mission, helping individuals reclaim their lives through comprehensive support.
