Health & Justice Case Manager role offers a community-focused approach to support clients facing substance use issues. In this full time position at Peel Addiction Assessment & Referral Centre, you will handle counselling and case management duties for clients involved in justice-related programs. By closely working with the Brampton Drug Treatment Court, you'll provide essential support and interventions, fostering sustainable recovery pathways for individuals facing unique challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess client needs through intake and apply treatment planning
- Deliver ongoing counselling and comprehensive case management
- Address crisis situations and promote healthy relationships




- Participate in multidisciplinary consultations for holistic care
- Maintain client files in adherence to legal and ethical standards Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 2 years’ experience in addictions counselling or related roles
- Understanding of harm reduction principles
- CPR/First Aid certification is mandatory
