Responsibilities

- Act as a leader in solving technical problems by coordinating activities with other support services and technically supporting the problem-solving process, including writing and executing plans, recommendations, and implementing changes.
- Manage short and/or medium-term projects to optimize production, reduce costs, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes by working closely with engineering, material logistics, quality, and production departments.
- Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
- Define the necessary tools for manufacturing or assembling aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing.
- Identify opportunities to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects.
- Optimize the processes of writing work instructions and first production control.

Qualifications

- Hold a college diploma in engineering or equivalent.
- Have at least two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Have experience in the aeronautics field.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be very familiar with SAP and MS Office software, including MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of Catia V5 is a plus.
- Be a good team player with robust communication skills, ensuring interface with the many involved business partners.
- Demonstrate superior organizational and leadership skills and be comfortable in a dynamic and changing work environment.
