The Systems Specialist is a team-oriented and key member of the Cloud and Data Center team. This position will support and maintain the lifecycle of services and solutions to satisfy business and operational requirements using internal and industry best practices.

The Systems

Specialist is a collaborative and key member of the Cloud and Data Center team. This position requires full-time on-site presence. All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Collaborate with architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions Lead the deployment and configuration of Azure services including compute, storage, networking, and identity Ensure system reliability and performance through monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery strategies Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for incidents and outages Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers 3-8 years of experience in IT Environments (Systems) ~ Knowledge/Experience in: Active Directory (AD), AD Federated Services (ADFS), Server OS (Windows/Linux), Virtualization, Storage, Enterprise Backup Services ~ Effective customer service and communication skills ~ Bonus:
