In this position, you will analyze processes to identify improvements while supporting D365’s configuration, implementation, and user training across Delmar’s global operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as main contact between IT and business teams
- Gather and document business requirements clearly
- Review business processes to enhance efficiency
- Support setup and maintenance of D365 and Power Platform
- Configure system features, including workflows and dashboards

Requirements:

- 3–5 years as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Sales or Customer Service
- Background in logistics or supply chain preferred
- D365 or Power Platform related certifications are a plus
