Journeyman, Millwright At Rostel Industries, Journeyman Millwrights are responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting oilfield rig machinery and mechanical equipment.

In this role, the Journeyman also works closely with the Lead Hand to ensure all products and projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.

Assemble, install, align, test,



and commission newly fabricated oilfield and mechanical equipment to precise tolerances.

Perform predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance, including vibration analysis, inspections, lubrication, and component replacement. Diagnose, service, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC‑controlled systems using blueprints and schematics. Work safely and collaboratively with a positive attitude, producing high‑quality work from engineering drawings with minimal defects and mentoring apprentices as needed.

Registered Red Seal Journeyman
